Policies

Trial daycare is required.

Before any boarding or daycare can be reserved one trial daycare must be completed. Trial daycare allows our staff to observe your dog in a pack environment. We recommend scheduling your trial daycare at least two or three days before your initial reservation for services. Same day trial daycares and/or boarding reservations are strictly prohibited. Boarding or daycare reservations will not be confirmed or held until the trial daycare is completed.

Vaccinations Required.

All dogs must be vaccinated for Bordetella (Kennel Cough), DHLPP(Combination shot), and Rabies. All customers are responsible for maintaining current vaccination records with our office. Dogs with expired vaccinations will not be provided service.

All dogs must be spayed or neutered.

The Dog House is a cage-free environment. We cannot accept dogs over 6 months of age that are not spayed or neutered.

Dogs must be dropped off between 7am-1pm (M-F) and 10am-1pm (Sat-Sun).

All dogs must be dropped off between 7am and 1pm on weekdays and between 10am and 1pm on weekends for all services. It is important that all dogs tire together. Dogs that come late are disruptive to the pack and hinder our efforts to provide a safe environment and the best possible service.

Drop-offs before 7am (or 10am Sat and Sun) are never an option.

The Pea Patch

Conveniently located near our entrance, the "Pea Patch" is available for your dog's use before entering The Dog House. We take pride in our facility and ask your help in maintaining a clean facility. Thank you!

Aggressive dogs will be denied service.

We cannot acceptance aggressive dogs for any reason. The safety of our dogs and our staff is our top priority. Your dog will be denied service if he or she exhibits or develops any of the following behaviors.

1. Extreme anxiety and/or destructive behavior.
2. Aggressive towards other dogs.
3. Aggressive towards humans.

If your dog has problems with aggression, this is not the place for your dog!
