Below are our standard policies to ensure a safe and smooth experience for all guests.
Our policies are designed to ensure a safe, smooth, and positive experience for all pets and their owners.
Requirements
Dogs must be at least 16 weeks of age
Dogs must be spayed or neutered after 6 months of age
Dogs must be friendly and able to safely participate in group play
Vaccinations
The following vaccinations are required:
Rabies
DHPP
Bordetella
Vaccination records must be uploaded to your client portal and approved prior to your pet’s first visit.
Behavior Evaluation
All dogs must complete a behavior evaluation prior to attending daycare or boarding.
Offered Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Minimum stay of 3 hours
Pick-up is required between 1 PM and 3 PM
Pick Up
All guests are welcome to stay until close
Boarding pick-up after 1 PM incurs a half-day boarding charge
Drop Off
Drop-off ends at 1 PM daily
Lobby hours:
Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 7 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Earlier drop-offs are strongly encouraged to support a smooth transition into the group environment.
Reservations & Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future requests being denied
Holiday reservations may require a deposit. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
Food & Personal Items
Food must be provided in pre-portioned meals, with treats included in the portions if desired
Please, no outside beds, blankets, toys or bowls; we’ll provide them
Please label all belongings clearly with your pet’s first and last name
Medications
Medications must be provided in a labeled, compartmentalized container
A medication form is required for each medication
Additional fees may apply for improperly prepared medications or those requiring special handling.
Safety
Dogs must arrive on a leash with a properly fitted collar or harness
Collars must include a quick-release buckle and identification tag
Activity monitoring collars (such as Fi collars) are permitted, but please, do not attach an Apple AirTag to your pet’s collar
