Getting Started is Easy
We’re excited to welcome you and your pet! Follow the steps below to get started.
Set up your account in our client portal.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to upload records and request your dog’s evaluation.

Required vaccines: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella
Instructions will be provided in your client portal after account setup.
All pets must complete a behavior evaluation before joining daycare or boarding.
Evaluations are billed at our regular daycare rate.
Step 3: Schedule Your Evaluation

Your pet’s evaluation helps us ensure a safe and positive experience for all guests.
Offered Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Must stay a minimum of 3 hours
Pick-up is required between 1 PM and 3 PM
Requirements
Dogs must be at least 16 weeks old
Dogs must be spayed or neutered after 6 months of age
Dogs must be up to date on rabies, DHPP, and bordetella vaccines
Dogs must be friendly and able to participate in group play
What Happens Next?
Once your pet successfully completes their evaluation, you’ll be able to book daycare and boarding services through your client portal.
Our goal is to make this process simple and ensure your pet has a safe, positive experience from day one.
