How to Prepare Medications
Medications must be provided in a labeled, compartmentalized container
Please do not double up multiple doses in the same compartment.
Each medication must have its own medication form
Forms may be completed at home and emailed in or filled out in our lobby at check-in
To ensure accurate information, a new form is required for each boarding visit
Administration
Medications are administered during scheduled medication times (7 AM & 7 PM)
Please notify us of any special instructions at drop-off
Additional Fees
Additional fees apply for:
Medications not prepared correctly (min. $5 prep fee + cost of holder if applicable)
Medications outside of standard administration times (+$5 per off-schedule administration)
Injectable medications (+$2 per administration; requires management approval)
Important Notes
Please ensure all medications are clearly labeled with your pet’s first and last name
Do not send medications loose, unlabeled, or already mixed with food
Scheduled boarding medication times are approx. 7 AM and 7 PM
